LOVE STORY
It all began with just one hello; And later went to bye forever.
She smiled ; he laughed,
She cried ; he laughed.
She felt him crying ,
She felt him smiling.
He took her for granted.
He was her prince charming,
He was her smile ,
He was the one who made her cry,
Her nights were sleepless .
She cried,
She cried and said, ”no problem dear, one day you will feel the same fear ."
On their sixth,
She took the gift.
He was drunk,
He shouted,
He roared.
On her knees she said,  “my lord,  pls don't drink, it will harm you. "
“Oh you foolish girl ,there is nothing worse than you,go away, ugly girl."he bellowed.
She ran down the street ,
all the way crying to her place.
She wrote.
She took the knife.
Next morning,  he realized.
Wanted to say her sorry.
Founding her in funeral,  he laughed and said, "here you are,i looked for you in our favorite cafe, I looked for you across the street, I looked for you everywhere, you are smiling and sleeping ,get up my highness."
She responded,
She responded with the note she wrote last night.
She whimpered,  "dear ,I fulfilled my promise to love you till my last breath. You were not my mistake,  you were my love. You smile, we smile. You cry, we cry. And that was our life. Don't cry and don't let others cry. "

And now, when she is not there.
He smiles, she smiles.
He cries,  she smiles.
His eyes full of tears,
Promising not to drink again.
Oh my girl, please come back.
Crying with the gift,
She gave him on their sixth.
Roaming here and there,
Calling out everywhere,
"my sera, please come back to your prince. "
I promise
I promise,  not to make you cry again.
See I am smiling,
I am not crying, please come back.
Those days spent together,
That star gazing lying on the ground together.
Can't you remember anything?
If you can't come, I will come to you.
The Next Day,
he went to her princess.
And they were, Romeo and Juliet .
And this was their end.

OUR AHLCON

by Apeksha Rai

VII F
All seeds sown are changed into seeds in this unique lawn,
It’s none other but our vivacious Ahlcon.

We feel very comfortable with our teachers who are well-versed,
They are the only cure for our knowledge thirst.

The galvanizing Words of our Principal Sir provides us the fuel,
He never let’s any child be dull and dim.

Some sing and dance in their own graceful way,
While some make models with the help of clay.

Many of us create the world with the power of our pencils,
But Ahlcon is a platform open for all skills.

We swim and discover the beauty of water in pool,
And our knowledge- heated minds become calm and cool.

When we enjoy table-tennis, shooting and squash,
We feel rather fresh and our brains wash.

For health and hygiene, our school has a big name,
And this is how we earned such fame.

The school provides a clean environment to each one of us,
Whether it’s about canteen, corridor, classroom or bus.

For discipline there are a number of rules,
Which when we follow, we outshine all other schools.

Our library isn’t just a library, it’s a WORLD OF BOOKS,
And we read them as if they are the recipe we are cooks.

It’s a place where we find Science, fiction, fun and what not,
And we ask our friends- “Which book you’ve got?”

Studying in this school isn’t just a pleasure,
But for all of us, it’s a lifetime treasure.

DANCE
by Vanshika Sharma VIII F

Doing dance
Who can miss that chance
Dance is to express
Not to impress
Express your feelings
And reach to the sky that is beyond the a closed rehearsal hall ceilings
If you don’t succeed
Don’t quit and sit
Do your best ,try, don’t be shy
Straighten your hands so that they can touch the sky,but keep your toes
on ground and let them be close
Dance from heart.....
With your expressions make it alive
You can perform freestyle or hip hop
Just shake your body from bottom to top while doing contemporary
Cover the whole stage like it is being mop
Being an excellent dancer don’t show off.
Because your moves can be tossed
You can dance anytime anyplace anywhere with anyone
But just a request do dance to express not to impress

a story by KHUSHI SHARMA

In the park I once saw a girl being chased by her father looking very happy. When she sat on a bench I walked up to her and I asked her some quetions after that the normal chit-chat started. Soon she became my friend. Her name was Piyali. Some years later once she met me in the same park and told me a story, her story. This stroy contains two phases.

                                                                               Phase-1
Piyali's dad,Saurubh Agarwal and mom,Vishakha Agarwal got divorced when she was very small and she lived with her dad. Every now and then her dad used to tell her, "I love you!". She found it really awkward, but she never said anything. One day she finally asked not being able to hold herself back anymore that why did he said so everytime they met. His reply was simple and calm, "You'll know when it'll be time."
That time soon came when.........She came home almost ready to commit suicide. she was unable to see any other way out. You must be curious to know the reason. Actually she failed in 12th which meant her career, her life all will be affected badly and most of all what she was afraid of was that her relationship with her dad would strain apart. Suddenly her dad came in and she hid the knife and first line he spoke was, "No matter what I will always love you" and he hugged her.
Suddenly she felt the warmth and the love in his heart and she knew that he won't let the thraed of their relatonship break so easily. Suddenly she forgot all about her griefs and decided to tell the truth and after seeing the results react. She told him and instead of scolding he said, "There is always a way out and when you'll see yourself in some 10 years you would be surprised to see that this girl wasn't a failure because she had the strength to fight against her failure." She dropped the idea to suicide.

                                                                                   Phase-2
"Dad, nothing is going to happen! Just trust God.", said Piyali with water in her eyes to a skinny, small man lying in a hospital bed. That man was Mr. Agarwal, Piyali's dad. She was trying console her dad but he was not able to respond. The doctor called her out and she walked out with her heart in her mouth. Her worries were right. The doctor told her that there was no other chance than to keep him on ventilater and observe.
Some days later again the same happened and this time the doctor told her," Mr. Agarwal is not recovering but he is sinking instead. We recommand remove him from the ventilater. You cannot see his pain but he is in a lot of pain, Piyali." Her heart suddenly felt very heavy, as though it had stopped beating a long time age and is nothing but a stone.
She went back to the room and said the three magical words which freed her from her pain, expecting to work same for him.
Piyali silently walked up to his side and said,"I love you, dad!" and lay her head on his lap. He very slowly and with a lot of difficulty put his hand on her head and smiled.
When Piyali woke up he was no more. She smiled and said, "I love you, dad!"........
